You may be aware from April 2016 all surgeries are required to provide their patients with a named GP who will have overall responsibility for the care and support that the surgery provides. This is intended to continue the patient care you already recieve from the practice.
Important: This does not mean that you must always see this doctor. You are free to choose to see any of the GPs at the surgery. Also your named GP may not always be available. You may need to see a different doctor if you are acutely ill. If this is the case, your continuity of care will not be affected
The practice is associated with the University of Leeds
