Same Day Assessment Clinic
We are running a same day assessment clinic on a Monday and Thursday from 9am. The clinicians will see a maximum of 30 patients with minor illness problems. The clinic is not for ongoing issues, sicknotes, test results. If you come to the surgery for 9am and you problem is suitable the receptionist will book you into the clinic and you will be seen that morning.
The Rheumatoid Arthritis Support Network (RASN) (www.rheumatoidarthritis.org) is dedicated to providing up-to-date information and resources for rheumatoid arthritis patients. Our goal is simple. We want RA patients to know their options and fully understand their diagnosis. You can take steps, right now, to improve symptoms and your quality of life.
This year’s flu vaccination is now available for all our eligible patients. Please contact the surgery to make an appointment with one of the nursing team.
A patient has become a champion’s show the way volunteer and has set up a volunteer led walking group. It is run on a Monday morning at 10:50am lasting approximately 45 mins. Members meet near the entrance to the car park. Come along to improve fitness, enjoy some fresh air and meet new people.

Preferred method of contact
All organisations that provide NHS services must have fully implemented and conformed to the Accessible Information Standard (1605) by 31st July 2016. This means we would like to record your preferred method of contact so that you can receive your health information in a format you can understand.
For most of us our preferred method of contact is our home or mobile number but for example, if you suffer from hard of hearing or blindness that may not be suitable for you. If you or someone you are caring for wishes to be contacted in another way, please do let us know. We will then record your needs on your medical records.
